There is a bakery near me with the best chocolate cupcake with peanut butter icing. So good! I have to resist driving by too often because I cannot resist.

I’ve used the cupcake papers before (thanks for the reminder as I need to pull out that ufo and finish it).
That said I like cake. I like the layers and the frosting on two sides and in the middle.

I love red velvet cake or cupcakes! Something about the fun color and cream cheese frosting that makes me smile. 🙂

My favourite cake is carrot cake with cream cheese icing – it’s the best.
I’ve used cupcake and cake mixes (with fabric) and love the accuracy.

Rhubarb upside down cake is my favourite cake. I’d like to try some of the cake mix recipes in this new book! They look scrumptious!

  6. Chocolate cake with rich chocolatey frosting is my favorite cake. But I’d be hard pressed to name one I didn’t enjoy! And I love the cake mix papers too – have used them for the last 18 months.
