There is a bakery near me with the best chocolate cupcake with peanut butter icing. So good! I have to resist driving by too often because I cannot resist.
I’ve used the cupcake papers before (thanks for the reminder as I need to pull out that ufo and finish it).
That said I like cake. I like the layers and the frosting on two sides and in the middle.

Chocolate cake with rich chocolatey frosting is my favorite cake. But I’d be hard pressed to name one I didn’t enjoy! And I love the cake mix papers too – have used them for the last 18 months.
