Quilt Fabric Giveaway DAY 2

The giveaway is closed and the winner has been notified.
Just in case you missed yesterday’s post, here it is in a nutshell.

To celebrate National Sewing Month,

I am going to have a Giveaway on my blog
every WEEK DAY.
It is going to be quick and simple.
I will announce the winner and the next giveaway
every morning at 6:00 am central time.
It will be a random drawing and  I will ship at the end of each week.
I will consolidate shipments if you win more than once.
I am only going to be able to ship in the contiguous 48 states
and I must be able to contact you via e-mail.
SO EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON.
And the reason is I don’t have any more room.
Today’s giveaway is an assortment of
100%, first quality brown fabrics
None of them have been pre-washed.
They need a good home.

Never too many browns!!. The pile does not look impressive
but it is 8-10 yards of browns, carmels and other yummies.
Assorted yardages that will fit right at home for the right quilter.
There were a few of these I really wanted to keep
 but I hope the winner
loves Brown as much as I do.

I am have been working on a hexagon charm quilt for over
three years. I am up to my last few charms thanks to a blogger friend.

I have a Nephew graduating this year. These fabrics would fit right in with what I already have and plan on using in a quilt for him. Thanks for the chance at your giveway.

Squeal!! I have a brown basket quilt that I started in April or May in a Bonnie Hunter class that these browns would play nicely with. It's just on a back burner right now since I have 4 quilts to finish by Columbus day 2013 though.

    Thanks! Jane

I agree…never too many browns. I love using brown because its plays well with all the other colors. You can put it with anything and it provides the perfect balance.

Good morning! Even though brown isn't my favorite color, you're right in saying you can never have too many. They go with so many things and will be great for fall projects I have planned. This is fun seeing what you're going to come up with next!

After sewing with bright, happy colors for a couple of years, I'm now wanting to do darker, more primitive colors and would LOVE to add these browns to my stash to work with. Thanks for offering this giveaway!

I can see myself making my husband a quilt out of these warm browns. Maybe I could become your winner and have his quilt done by Thanksgiving for his 70th birthday. He has survived cancer surgeries 4 times and this would just keep him so warm and probably make his cry, out of love. Thank you for the chance to win.

I find browns so soothing and rich. I'm sad to see summer slowly drifting away, but the comfort of quilting with soothing colours makes fall somehow welcoming. I don't have a blog – but I'd love the chance to enter! Thank you for your generosity! Carmen

I am hoping to do a bargello in oranges and browns this next year, these would fit right in – I also do a lot of fall color schemes so love these colors

Would love to win. When I reorganized my stash after kids moved out I disciered I have very few browns.
Would love to add them in order to make some more quilts appealing to men. Thanks!

Brown yardage, just in time for Fall, and just in time to rescue me as I have emptied my brown collection on a quilt of autumn leaves. How generous of you. Stephani in N. TX (Tomazec@aol.com)

Brown is the color that takes up the least space in my stash. I would love to expand that space with fabric the color of chocolate and caramel!
